To celebrate VE Day back in May, the thoughtful juniors of Swansea Unit had the great idea of planting and decorating 50 flowerpots to give as thanks to local veterans.
Northern Area celebrated a record seven Yankee Company cadets becoming Sergeants at July’s promotion board at Leek Training Area.

Stoke Unit’s team of runners celebrate completing May’s ‘Killer Mile’ race – which features a 25% gradient up the hill to Mow Cop Castle!
Southern Area cadets and volunteers giving their all during practice for July’s Junior Leaders Field Gun competition at HMS Collingwood. The hard work paid off, with our team winning the trophy for fastest Cadet Forces Crew.
Ruislip and Edgware units’ cadets join former Sea Cadets CEO Martin Coles CBE on TS Jack Petchey in July. To celebrate the 100th anniversary of the late Sir Jack’s birth, they gave three cheers and saluted his family while passing his Thames-side home.
